1. OVERVIEW

This Privacy Policy explains how Fantasy Draft Order Arena™ handles information when you create an account, join or manage leagues, use draft-order games, and use related app features.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Account information. We collect the verified email address used for authentication, your chosen username, and your profile/display name. Email verification is required before entering the signed-in app.

League and gameplay information. We store information needed to operate leagues and contests, including league names, manager/team slots, league membership, commissioner status, invite and check-in state, contest sessions, gameplay progress, scores, results, and draft-order outcomes.

Profile visibility. Profiles are Private by default. If you choose Public, other signed-in managers may view your profile name, username, and the safe league history shown by the app. Your account email, authentication identifiers, invite codes, and private account data are not intended to appear on your public profile.

Technical information. Firebase and hosting infrastructure may process technical information needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and operate the service, such as device/browser information, IP address, authentication events, and service logs.

3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use information to authenticate accounts, operate leagues and draft-order contests, preserve scores and results, provide commissioner and manager features, maintain account preferences, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and improve service reliability.

4. WHEN INFORMATION IS SHARED

Information may be visible to other managers when needed for shared league functionality. Public-profile information is shown only when the account is set to Public. We also use service providers such as Google Firebase to host, authenticate, store, and secure app data. We do not sell your personal information.

5. PROFILE PRIVACY

You can switch your profile between Private and Public from My Profile. Private is the default. Changing this setting does not remove your username or league activity where it is necessary to operate a league you joined.

6. DATA RETENTION AND ACCOUNT DELETION

Information is retained as reasonably necessary to operate accounts, leagues, contest history, security, and service integrity. You can request permanent account deletion directly from My Profile using Delete Account. Account deletion removes your private/public profile records and account authentication after required confirmation. Historical contest records may remain where reasonably necessary to preserve completed league results, security, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.

7. SECURITY

We use authentication and database access controls designed to limit access to app data. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

8. CHILDREN

Fantasy Draft Order Arena™ is not directed to children under 13, and children under 13 should not create an account.

9. ADVERTISING AND FUTURE FEATURES

The current version described by this policy does not rely on advertising data for the account features described above. If advertising, analytics, or other services are added in a way that materially changes data practices, this policy will be updated before those practices are used.

10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy as the service evolves. The effective date above identifies the version currently presented by the app. Material changes may require renewed notice or consent where appropriate.

A dedicated support/contact address will be published in the app before public launch. Until then, this prelaunch policy is provided for testing and launch preparation.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By creating or using a Fantasy Draft Order Arena™ account, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If the law where you live requires a higher age to consent to online services, you must meet that requirement or have any legally required authorization.

3. YOUR ACCOUNT

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and activity performed through your account. Usernames and profile names must not impersonate others, violate rights, or be used for abusive or unlawful conduct.

4. LEAGUES AND COMMISSIONERS

Commissioners create and administer leagues, manager slots, invitations, contest settings, and draft-order sessions. Commissioners and managers are responsible for their own league rules and decisions. Fantasy Draft Order Arena™ provides tools for organizing and determining draft order but does not operate or control third-party fantasy leagues or fantasy platforms.

5. DRAFT-ORDER GAMES

Draft-order games are entertainment and league-management tools. Gameplay scores, rankings, tie-breaking behavior, and generated draft order are intended for use within participating leagues. Users are responsible for confirming that the selected method is acceptable to their league.

6. ACCEPTABLE USE

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with gameplay or other accounts, manipulate stored results outside permitted app functionality, distribute malicious code, scrape private information, harass other users, or use the service for unlawful activity.

7. CONTENT AND PROFILE INFORMATION

You retain responsibility for names and information you submit. You grant the service permission to display and process that information as needed to provide the features you choose, including shared league information and optional Public profiles.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Fantasy Draft Order Arena™, its branding, interface, original graphics, game presentation, and related original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant permission to copy, resell, or commercially exploit those materials except as allowed by law.

9. SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES

The service may be updated, interrupted, changed, or discontinued. Features marked Coming Soon are planned features and are not guaranteed to launch on a particular date or in a particular form.

10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The app relies on third-party infrastructure such as Google Firebase and may interact with fantasy platforms or other services that have their own terms and privacy practices. Fantasy Draft Order Arena™ is not responsible for third-party services it does not control.

11. DISCLAIMERS

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free gameplay, permanent availability of league data, or any particular fantasy-sports outcome.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fantasy Draft Order Arena™ and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

13. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION

Access may be restricted or terminated when reasonably necessary to protect the service, other users, legal compliance, or security, including for material violations of these Terms.

These Terms may be updated as the service evolves. The effective date above identifies the version currently presented by the app. Material changes may require renewed notice or acceptance where appropriate.
